This app is a basic audio recorder which can start recording instantly but it does the faking well by using a lock screen which can be then synced with your SkyDrive. Instant Incognito Recorder tries to address this problem by running the app in foreground but faking it with a lock screen. The only problem with most of the recording app is that they run in background and if any body has to figure out that you are secretly trying to record, its easy. When you wish to record audio on Windows Phone, first, there is no default app and second, any other app that you might try will probably gain someone’s attention.
